Email Media Upload Url

Presign a PUT for an image the rep drops into an email body.

Unlike a card photo the key is random rather than deterministic: an email can hold several images, and a body that has already been sent must keep resolving to the exact image it was composed with, so uploads never overwrite each other.

public_url is what goes into the <img src>. It has to be readable without auth, forever — the recipient’s mail client fetches it whenever they happen to open the email.
