Remove Campaign Contacts
Remove contacts from the audience: unassign the lead from the Salesforge sequence (enrollments/remove by id), then drop the local enrollment record.
Salesforge removal runs FIRST so a failure there can’t strand a contact that’s
been removed locally but is still being sent to upstream — the local rows stay,
letting the user retry. Enrollments that are enrolled locally but carry no
Salesforge lead id can’t be unenrolled remotely (removal is by lead id only);
they’re reported as unremovable_remote rather than silently dropped.
